The Brief
Phase 1 – Master Report Template Development
The first stage of the project involved the creation of a ‘Master’ valuation report template to establish the corporate format, layout and Theme styles.
The Master report template was pre-formatted with the company standard terms and conditions. An on-open userform to allows the user to select job specific information via a tabbed userform.
The content selections automatically populate the document with information sourced from an editable Excel spreadsheet. This source file is also used within the team for project valuations These final calculations are synced up to the report, saving time and mistakes by not copying and pasting
This userform can be revisited to update the entered information and content selections.
Phase 2 – Collateral Template Development
The Master template was then rolled-out to collateral templates to ensure consistency across all HVG’s corporate documents.
The invoice and quote templates needed to be compatible with HVG’s invoicing software to ensure a seamless workflow between the custom template and their invoicing platform.

Excel: Formatted Excel source file synced with the report template, including calculations, formulas and editable inclusion content.
