Property NSW MS Office Template Design & Development

Property NSW is a statutory body of the Government of New South Wales that manages the State’s significant property portfolio and its places. Property NSW use Office templates for a variety of internal and external documents. Property NSW engaged us to create Word and PowerPoint templates to align to established Property NSW branding guidelines.

This was a great opportunity to improve on their existing templates, providing the user with smart, versatile MS Office templates. The templates contained user friendly image placeholders, quotes, stats, Custom and preformatted Tables, optional Cover Pages, End Page and swappable Headers

Following the template update Property NSW also required a suite of editable PDF forms created that also complied with their branding guidelines. These forms needed to match the look and feel of the Word and PowerPoint template, and also include the interactive functionality of a fillable PDF Form.

PowerPoint: Presentation template (16:9 and 4:3 versions). Full set of Master Slides including various options of Title Slides / Divider Slides / image and content placeholders

Interactive PDF Forms: Venue hire rates / License agreement  / Event application / Wedding ceremony form / Approval for Ceremony letter / Film + photography form
